In short: we install, clean and repair gutters across Orange Park and the surrounding Clay County neighborhoods. Expect about $6–$10 per foot for 5" seamless aluminum and $140–$250 for a one-story cleaning, as estimates. Call and we will set a time to measure.

Two kinds of house, two kinds of gutter problem
Orange Park sits on the west bank of the St. Johns River, just across the county line from Jacksonville’s Westside. The streets closest to the river and along Kingsley Avenue are full of one-story homes from the 1960s to the 1980s, many under mature live oaks. Out west toward Oakleaf Plantation and south toward Fleming Island the houses are newer, larger and mostly two stories, built in the last twenty-five years.
The older homes tend to need the basics: gutters added where there were never any, rotted fascia replaced, and guards because the oak canopy over the roof is decades old. The newer homes usually came with a builder-grade 5" system that cannot keep up with a summer storm off a big two-story roof. There the fix is often a 6" gutter and a 3×4 downspout on the back wall rather than a whole new system.
Oaks, sand and the river
Clay County’s live oaks drop their leaves in a rush each spring, and the pines along Blanding Boulevard shed in the fall, so gutters here fill twice a year. The ground is sandy and drains fast once water reaches it, but roof water dumped in one spot still cuts a channel and washes out mulch beds. Closer to the river and around Doctors Lake, lots are flatter and slower to drain, which makes downspout extensions and buried lines worth the money.
What Orange Park owners ask us for most
- Gutters on the back wall only, where the patio floods every afternoon storm.
- Micro-mesh guards on houses under big oaks.
- Upsizing undersized downspouts on newer two-story homes.
- Replacing sectional gutters that leak at every joint.
Orange Park prices are the same estimates we use across the First Coast; the cost guide lists every job.
